Our clients operate fixed (wireline and wireless), mobile and satellite networks. They include major regional and domestic carriers and network operators, as well as major service providers.

On the regulatory front, we advise our telecommunications clients on the most important regulatory issues that affect their business. Principally this involves advising clients on sources of market power in telecommunications and the regulatory measures used to control that market power. Our clients include incumbents dealing with the impact of regulation on their business and new entrants who rely on regulatory controls to enable them to grow and develop.

This has involved providing extensive advice to our clients on regulatory issues surrounding interconnection and access in particular, but also issues such as universal service obligations, numbering and electronic addressing, network sharing, MVNOs, domestic roaming, telecommunications standards, spectrum management and information disclosure.

We regularly appear before, and make submissions to, parliamentary select committees, competition and territorial regulatory authorities, government officials and courts on telecommunications regulatory matters for our clients.
