The skills pathways form the basis of our learning and development programmes, which include:
Business Support Staff Training Programme which caters specifically for business support staff learning needs and covers topics such as personal development, client service, communication and time management.
Management Development Programme which focuses on leadership and business skills for managers.
Stretch - a formal in-house mentoring programme for staff. All staff are able to participate in this programme, as mentors or mentorees.
