Bianca specialises in resource management and environmental law.

She has been advising clients on a wide range of resource management and environmental law issues for over a decade.

Bianca is experienced across all aspects of the resource consenting process, from gathering expert briefs to applications, liaising with local authorities and attending council hearings, through to appearing at Environment Court proceedings. She has been involved in obtaining or challenging consents for a wide range of activities including retail, residential, commercial and forestry sector developments.

Her experience also spans advising on District and Regional Plan reviews and changes particularly in areas of residential, commercial and industrial development, airport planning, reverse sensitivity issues, heritage provisions and soil disturbance.

Bianca also provides advice to requiring authorities and land owners on notices of requirement, designation and the public acquisition process. She also has experience on enforcement provisions, coastal issues, property covenants and due diligence.

Before joining Bell Gully, Bianca began her career at another major New Zealand law firm and also worked in a specialist resource management firm.
