Carolyn is a property, resource management and environment lawyer, with expertise to advise on all aspects of property transactions and projects.

She works for a range of clients from small businesses through to some of New Zealand's largest listed companies. Her practice area covers a broad range of work including resource consent issues, council hearings and mediations, conveyancing, and commercial leasing.

Carolyn drafts agreements for sale and purchase, leases, licences and easements and has worked on large-scale development projects.

She regularly undertakes due diligence for purchasers, vendors and financiers, drawing on her experience in resource management and environmental issues, management and development contracts, lease documentation, and local and regional government information matters.
