Garry specialises in commercial litigation, contentious intellectual property matters and media law. He also has significant experience of IT litigation.

Garry has significant experience in general commercial litigation, patent infringement and entitlement disputes, copyright, industrial designs, trade marks, passing off and breach of confidence.

He regularly advises on the protection and exploitation of intellectual property rights, and is also experienced with Fair Trading Act actions and advertising standards complaints. He is a member of the Intellectual Property Society of Australia & New Zealand (IPSANZ).

Before joining Bell Gully in 2003 he spent five years in London working for leading firms Nabarro Nathanson, and Olswang.
