Haydn specialises in corporate and securities law with a focus on divestments and acquisitions, investment products, company and commercial law and energy projects.
In addition to advising on a full range of corporate matters, he also has expertise in outsourcing and establishing and operating investment product offerings.
Haydn has worked on numerous transactions and commercial matters for New Zealand and Australian corporates.
He joined Bell Gully in 1992, working in the firm's Wellington office before spending two years at Allen & Overy in London. He rejoined Bell Gully in Auckland in 1998.
