Peter is a general commercial litigator skilled at dealing with a cross-section of contentious disputes.

He has acted on a wide range of commercial litigation matters including banking related disputes, contract claims, freezing orders, fraud claims and insurance litigation.

Peter has particular experience representing professional services clients including financial advisers, leading UK law firms and accountancy practices, in negligence claims.

He acts on claims in the High Court and Court of Appeal, and advises on judicial settlement conferences and at mediations.
