Head of Bell Gully's competition practice partner Phil Taylor and competition senior associates David Blacktop and Simon Ladd have co-authored the New Zealand chapter of Private Antitrust Litigation 2009.

Published by Getting the Deal Through, the volume covers 35 jurisdictions worldwide and is designed to assist general counsel, government agencies and private practice lawyers navigate the world's increasingly complex competition regimes.
