New Zealand insolvency expertise shared in specialist global guide
The New Zealand legal landscape around insolvency has been outlined by recognised Bell Gully specialist Murray Tingey in a newly released global publication.
Bell Gully's insolvency practice leader, partner Murray Tingey, has authored the New Zealand chapter of Getting the Deal Through – Restructuring & Insolvency 2009.
The publication provides an overview to the legal framework for restructuring and insolvency in 57 jurisdictions worldwide.
The New Zealand chapter provides a summary of the country's insolvency legislation, as well as its approach to tools such as involuntary and voluntary liquidations and reorganisations, proceedings and bankruptcy processes.
