Bell Gully's employment and resource management teams worked together to create this practical introduction for growers on their legal obligations towards seasonal employees.
Topics covered include the difference between employees and contractors and the employer's obligations in both cases. Health and safety issues are explored along with the workings of the new Recognised Seasonal Employer Work Policy.
