Bell Gully in running for four major Australasian legal awards
Bell Gully has been named as a finalist in three categories in the ALB Australasian Law Awards 2010.
The firm's corporate/M&A practice is a finalist for the New Zealand Deal Team of the Year and corporate partner Brynn Gilbertson is in the running to be named New Zealand Dealmaker of the Year.
Bell Gully chairman Roger Partridge is among six leaders of major New Zealand and Australian law firms shortlisted for the Managing Partner of the Year award.
The winners, as well as the New Zealand Deal of the Year, will be announced at the awards ceremony in Sydney on 13 May.
Bell Gully's corporate/M&A practice was named New Zealand Deal Team of the Year at these awards in 2006 and 2009 and the firm has won the New Zealand Deal of the Year for the last three consecutive years. The firm was also recognised for its work on the Auckland waterfront Wynyard Wharf redevelopment in the Commercial Property and Construction Deal of the Year award in 2008.
